In-Store Purchases

As a physical retail store, most transactions occur in-store at our Monroe, WA location. In-store purchases are subject to our posted store policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Swagath International Foods through one of the following methods:

• Submitting a website form and explicitly consenting to SMS messages
• Providing written or digital consent in-store or through a promotional signup form

Program Disclosures

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Washington, in each case located in Snohomish County. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, deleted, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Swagath International Foods regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
